There are several ways to integrate the “Working in the Hyphen” system into an organization. The most effective method is through a customized program, starting with a general presentation of the system to the staff and board, along with an analysis of the organization’s culture and leadership style. Kevin then designs a training program that draws upon a set of established workshops, but is tailored to client’s needs. The program ideally works if it is integrated over a period of 6-12 months, allowing for the staff to become familiar with the concepts and try them out before the next training session.
